1. Formation of the contract
The contract is concluded when the seller sends the order confirmation to the consumer on a durable medium, at the email address given at checkout.
Submitting an order is a contractual offer by the consumer and carries an obligation to pay the stated price.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are inclusive of tax. Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is submitted.
Payment is taken using the methods offered at checkout.
3. Delivery
Delivery takes place within the period stated to the consumer before the order is submitted, and in any event within thirty days of the contract being concluded.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they take physical possession of the goods.
4. Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
Withdrawal is exercised through the withdrawal function reachable from every page of the store and from the link in the order confirmation email. Withdrawal takes effect at the moment the consumer transmits it.
The seller sends the consumer confirmation of the withdrawal on a durable medium, containing the text of the declaration and the date and time it was transmitted.
5. Legal guarantee of conformity
Goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for twenty-four months from delivery.
6. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints may be sent to the seller using the contact details in these terms.
The consumer may use the European online dispute resolution platform and the competent ADR bodies.
Clauses requiring specific approval
The following clauses require separate, specific approval under Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code.
